Open to anyone 8 and older—beginners welcome! Dancers will be introduced to basic hangs, knots, climbs, and a variety of skills and poses. Dancers will focus on tapping into their upper body, core, and grip strength, developing body awareness and learning how to fly.
Level 1 – Beginner
Level 2 – Intermediate (climbs, inversions with a knot)
Level 3 – Advanced (straight arm inversions and knee climb)
New students will trial in Level 1 class for appropriate placement by instructor. For safety, students will not be permitted to take a class that is above their level; level promotion will be evaluated by the instructor on a regular basis.
